대충 요약 하자면
APIs & Services -> OAuth 동의 화면 -> App 도메인 아래 Google 개발자 콘솔에서 개인정보 취급방침 링크 및 약관 링크 추가 필요
아직 생성되지 않은 OAuth 동의를 생성하지 않았다면 OAuth 동의 화면 아래 edit app 옵션을 클릭하기만 하면 됩니다.
위 그림의 앱 수정을 누르면 우리가 원하는 페이지가 나온다.
